We've Enhanced the Way We Support You

We’ve spent some time revamping our support communication process. Here’s a show-and-tell of our latest...


If you haven’t checked it out yet, our Support Center has a new coat of paint. We’ve completely changed the look and simplified the navigation a bit, so you have an easier time finding the information you’re looking for. If you’re on the hunt for product user guides and FAQs for the CardPointe suite, directions on integrating with plug-ins, or general knowledge about how the features of CardSecure can protect your business’s sensitive data, the Support Center is a great place to go.

For questions that come up, we recommend visiting the Support Center as a starting point. You can access it at anytime and you might find exactly what you’re looking for (and more)


We’ve also updated the way we communicate the health of our products, applications and systems to those impacted. On our new Status Page, you can see in real-time how our platforms are doing. If you’d like to receive to-the-minute notifications when one of our products, like CardPointe, has a scheduled maintenance window, or there’s a new release to a system, you can subscribe to receive email or text updates.

Subscribing is easy — just click the ‘Subscribe to Updates’ button located in the upper right-hand corner of the Status page.
