  • ISV Sales Specialist

    This individual is responsible for creating and developing new relationships with software and POS partners to bring new business to CardConnect while utilizing our suite of technology and security solutions. This is a mid-level or senior position depending on experience and track record in building successful sales channels. Primary responsibilities include identifying target markets, initiating and developing prospects, negotiating agreements and driving revenue from the integrated partnerships.   • CardPointe Support Specialist

    The CardPointe Support Specialist provides Tier 1 support for CardConnect's gateway products and software, as well as terminal activations and deployment.   • Merchant Solutions Representative

    The Merchant Solutions Representative is responsible for responding to customer inquiries accurately and in a time-sensitive manner. The representative will work both individually and in a team setting taking calls, emails and requests through an internal tracking system from clients and sales groups of CardConnect.

  • Software Test Engineer

    The Software Test Engineer (STE) role is central to the business and technology mission of CardConnect. Specifically, the STE will design, implement, execute and report on tests that exercise all aspects of CardConnect software during development projects and prior to implementation. It is expected that these tests will include considerable automation of Web Services (JSON/REST, SOAP) that can be integrated into the overall build and deployment process.

  • Sales Consultant

    Working under the direction of the Controller, and in collaboration with the Senior Accountant and Payroll/Accounts Payable Coordinator, the Staff Accountant provides general accounting support to the Finance Department.     This individual will be responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, while working in conjunction with our Sales team as the key Technical Advisor and Product Advocate for CardConnect products.     The IT Security Analyst is a results-oriented cybersecurity champion. This person can communicate risks to business teams, vulnerabilities to IT teams and threats to our Security team.
