  • Merchant Solutions Representative

    The Merchant Solutions Representative is responsible for responding to customer inquiries accurately and in a time-sensitive manner.   • Software Test Engineer

    The Software Test Engineer (STE) role is central to the business and technology mission of CardConnect. Specifically, the STE will design, implement, execute and report on tests that exercise all aspects of CardConnect software during development projects and prior to implementation. It is expected that these tests will include considerable automation of Web Services (JSON/REST, SOAP) that can be integrated into the overall build and deployment process.

  • Application Security Engineer

    The Application Security Engineer is a results-oriented cybersecurity champion who can communicate application security risks to developers, vulnerabilities to system administrators and threats to our business teams. This is a challenging role that will focus on daily security operations of several development teams. The ideal candidate can identify weaknesses in source code and clearly communicate those to developers. They should know the OWASP Top 10 and be able to speak to common software vulnerabilities in a deep and meaningful manner.

  • Senior Database Administrator

    CardConnect’s technology infrastructure department is seeking a Senior Database Administrator. We are a seasoned team of administrators in a fast-growing company. The right candidate will be a self-starting, results-driven achiever capable of driving multiple projects at a time. The position requires assisting product development and testing teams, supporting production platforms, and participation in on-call rotations. The candidate should have a strong technical background, and should be comfortable learning new technologies as the landscape evolves. Strong troubleshooting skills are critical.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provision MySQL instances, both in clustered and non-clustered configurations
    • Ensure performance, security, and availability of databases
    • Prepare documentations and specifications
    • Handle common database procedures, such as upgrade, backup, recovery, migration, etc.
    • Support data changes to Production databases with backups
    • Automation of generic jobs
    • Monitoring the replication and backups
    • Profile server resource usage, optimize and tweak as necessary
    • Open to learn new technologies
    • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

    Desired Skills:

    • Strong DBA experience in MySQL (Instance provision/Replication/Backups/Performance optimization)
    • Deep knowledge in MySQL database Engines
    • Strong experience in Database Performance Monitoring (PMM/Solar winds)
    • Strong experience in T-SQL/PLSQL
    • Strong experience in scripting (Shell, Python, etc) is a plus
    • DBA experience with other relational databases (Oracle) is a plus

  • Operational Account Manager

    Responsible for managing operationally focused partners to maintain existing book of business. Introduces role, team and its functions to partner upon signing with CardConnect and builds relationship as ISV moves through the onboarding & integration process. Acts as the single point of contact for the account through the life of the relationship. The Operational AM will start in the general ISV support group to learn CardConnect, the industry, our partners, etc. and will ramp into a dedicated account manager with a portfolio of business when ready.
