  • CardPointe Support Specialist

    The CardPointe Support Specialist provides Tier 1 support for CardConnect's gateway products and software, as well as terminal activations and deployment. The successful candidate will provide expertise in the day-to-day functionality of software and products while working closely with clients to determine their needs, gather relevant client data, customize and deliver training.   • Merchant Solutions Representative

    The Merchant Solutions Representative is responsible for responding to customer inquiries accurately and in a time-sensitive manner.   • Software Test Engineer

    The Software Test Engineer (STE) role is central to the business and technology mission of CardConnect.     CardConnect’s Boarding / Implementation Representatives are responsible for taking merchant applications submitted from our sales groups and entering them into the appropriate network, allowing merchants to be able to accept credit card payments.   • Application Security Engineer

    The Application Security Engineer is a results-oriented cybersecurity champion who can communicate application security risks to developers, vulnerabilities to system administrators and threats to our business teams. This is a challenging role that will focus on daily security operations of several development teams.
