  • Merchant Solutions Representative

    The Merchant Solutions Representative is responsible for responding to customer inquiries accurately and in a time-sensitive manner. The representative will work both individually and in a team setting taking calls, emails and requests through an internal tracking system from clients and sales groups of CardConnect. *We are also currently looking for two bilingual (English / Spanish) candidates that can work a 12pm-9pm shift.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Respond to phone calls, emails and requests from clients, sales partners and internal departments
    • Preform account updates, including bank account changes, demographic updates and pricing adjustments

    The CardPointe Support Specialist provides Tier 1 support for CardConnect's gateway products and software, as well as terminal activations and deployment.   • Software Test Engineer

    The Software Test Engineer (STE) role is central to the business and technology mission of CardConnect.   • Junior Merchant Compliance Analyst

    The Junior Compliance Analyst is responsible for monitoring and managing the compliance, reputational and regulatory risk of portfolio merchants, while also ensuring adherence to CardConnect, sponsor bank and card brand rules, regulations and standards.   • Data Entry Specialist – Financial Services

    CardConnect’s Boarding / Implementation Representatives are responsible for taking merchant applications submitted from our sales groups and entering them into the appropriate network, allowing merchants to be able to accept credit card payments. The representatives are also responsible for building terminal and software downloads for the sales groups to connect to the credit card processing service.

  • Merchant Solutions Representative (Chicago)

    Merchant Solutions Representatives are responsible for responding to customer inquiries accurately and in a time sensitive manner. The representative will work both individually and in a team setting taking calls, emails and requests through an internal tracking system from merchants and sales groups of CardConnect.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Respond to phone calls, emails and requests from merchants, agents and internal departments
    • Handle account updates, including bank account changes, demographic updates and pricing adjustments
    • Identify issues and solutions while working within the scope of responsibility to solve problems
    • Work collaboratively with other Merchant Solutions team members to resolve issues with the ability to escalate critical issues to management when necessary
    • Communicate with sales partners and internal departments to understand and relay questions and resolutions in regards to merchant processing

    Desired Skills and Expertise:

    • High school Diploma required, college degree preferred
    • Detail-oriented, team player with exceptional organizational, problem solving and communication skills
    • Previous Customer Service and/or Data Entry experience; financial services/banking industries preferred

    As a BI Data Analyst, you’ll join a cross-functional team working on data integrations, analytics, business intelligence and reporting. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design, develop and support interactive Tableau visualizations that can be used by non-technical users up to the executive level
    • Develop and maintain Tableau Data Sources on an internal Tableau Server portal
    • Interface cross departmentally to understand the needs and objectives of the business requirements
    • Perform data quality analysis and verify accuracy of reporting
    • Extract and prepare data for analysis across multiple platforms (Tableau Server, Database Connections (Oracle & MySQL), Excel, Flat Files, etc)

    Desired Skills and Expertise:

    • 1 year of experience with Tableau in a business environment, including using Tableau desktop to publish workbooks on a Tableau Server
    • Sound understanding of BI Best Practices/Methodologies, relational structures, dimensional data modeling (OLAP, OLTP, etc.), structured query language (SQL) skills, data warehouse and reporting techniques (including ETL techniques)
