  • Merchant Solutions Representative

    The Merchant Solutions Representative is responsible for responding to customer inquiries accurately and in a time-sensitive manner.   • Software Test Engineer

    The Software Test Engineer (STE) role is central to the business and technology mission of CardConnect. Specifically, the STE will design, implement, execute and report on tests that exercise all aspects of CardConnect software during development projects and prior to implementation.   • Data Entry Specialist – Financial Services

    CardConnect’s Boarding / Implementation Representatives are responsible for taking merchant applications submitted from our sales groups and entering them into the appropriate network, allowing merchants to be able to accept credit card payments. The representatives are also responsible for building terminal and software downloads for the sales groups to connect to the credit card processing service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Demonstrate knowledge of pricing policies, network systems for account setup and features / functionality, as well as CardConnect’s internal offerings
    • Communicate with sales partners about issues with new account setups and terminal or software downloads
    • Research with account vendors to resolve exceptions and issues with new account setups

  • Tier 2 Liaison

  • Technical Project Manager

    The Technical Project Manager is responsible for the delivery of exceptional technical project services, as well as the coordination of all phases of the ERP Integration process - including gathering business requirements from customers, developing a scope of work and managing the deliverable tasks accordingly.   • Application Security Engineer

    The Application Security Engineer is a results-oriented cybersecurity champion who can communicate application security risks to developers, vulnerabilities to system administrators and threats to our business teams. This is a challenging role that will focus on daily security operations of several development teams. The ideal candidate can identify weaknesses in source code and clearly communicate those to developers. They should know the OWASP Top 10 and be able to speak to common software vulnerabilities in a deep and meaningful manner.

    The successful candidate should understand application security, including static code analysis, IDE defensive programming assistants, third-party library management, dynamic analysis and application penetration testing, and have experience building software pipelines and integrating application security tools such as HP Fortify, Zed Attack Proxy, BurpSuite, SecureAssist, Veracode, Black Duck, Contrast, CAST, IBM Security AppScan, Synopsys Coverity tools, etc.

    • Function as the primary point of contact for application security analysis, owning security analyses for all application development and SDLC activity
