  • ISV Sales Specialist

    This individual is responsible for creating and developing new relationships with software and POS partners to bring new business to CardConnect while utilizing our suite of technology and security solutions. This is a mid-level or senior position depending on experience and track record in building successful sales channels. Primary responsibilities include identifying target markets, initiating and developing prospects, negotiating agreements and driving revenue from the integrated partnerships. The individual will work closely with clients to determine their needs, gather relevant client data, coordinate, customize and deliver high quality solutions.

  • CardPointe Support Specialist

    The CardPointe Support Specialist provides Tier 1 support for CardConnect's gateway products and software, as well as terminal activations and deployment. The specialist provides expertise in the day-to-day functionality of software and products while working closely with clients to determine their needs, gather relevant client data, customize and deliver training. This individual will also coordinate with the CardConnect team to ensure delivery of high quality products and customer service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide Tier 1 terminal support and troubleshooting for customers
    • Coordinate product demos as necessary

  • Merchant Solutions Representative

    The Merchant Solutions Representative is responsible for responding to customer inquiries accurately and in a time-sensitive manner. The representative will work both individually and in a team setting taking calls, emails and requests through an internal tracking system from clients and sales groups of CardConnect.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Respond to phone calls, emails and requests from clients, sales partners and internal departments
    • Preform account updates, including bank account changes, demographic updates and pricing adjustments
    • Identify issues and solutions while working within the scope of responsibility to solve problems
    • Work collaboratively with other Merchant Solutions team members to resolve issues with the ability to escalate critical issues to management when necessary

  • Software Test Engineer

    The Software Test Engineer (STE) role is central to the business and technology mission of CardConnect. Specifically, the STE will design, implement, execute and report on tests that exercise all aspects of CardConnect software during development projects and prior to implementation. It is expected that these tests will include considerable automation of Web Services (JSON/REST, SOAP) that can be integrated into the overall build and deployment process.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Review requirements and other project documentation for completeness and testability given project scope and timeline
    • Develop, implement and execute appropriate tests within established project schedules so that an understanding of deliverable quality can be established
    • Contribute to the overall team automation approach by integrating tests into ‘lights out’ execution that is integrated into the build and deployment of software products
    • Communicate and document testing progress, results and other relevant information regarding the testing of systems and products to peers, leaders and product development teams
    • Maintain testing and other relevant project-related documentation in response to the ongoing improvement and evolution of products over time

  • Sales Consultant

    We are looking for a results-driven Sales Consultant to be responsible for all sales activities, from lead to active accounts.   • Chief Compliance Officer

    The Chief Compliance Officer oversees CardConnect’s payments compliance programs, including operational activities, processor relationships, analytics, compliance and risk. This role requires the candidate to establish and refine policies, procedures, agreements and forms across all business channels to ensure compliance with card brand, processor and sponsor bank policies. This individual will be responsible for managing Account Data Compromise/Compliance investigations and working with partners, merchants and internal resources to ensure appropriate action and follow up is taken.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and continually adapt operational methodologies surrounding risk, underwriting and compliance in order to meet the rules and regulations of the brands, processors and sponsor banks
    • Manage all Account Data Compromise (ADC) investigations and act as the primary liaison between our sponsor banks, processors, partners and customers in order to remediate complex issues
    • Evaluate PCI Forensic Investigation (PFI) reports in order to minimize CardConnect exposure and provide solutions to customers as needed
    • Assist the Operations team with compliance communications as it relates to non-compliance assessments and potential exposure
    • Develop and further refine existing policies/procedures as they relate to AML, Underwriting and Risk Management
    • Evaluate the adequacy of internal controls in place to ensure compliance with all applicable rules and regulations
    • Participate and lead audit reviews and responses as necessary

    The Retention Specialist will be responsible for identifying and initiating all retention strategies, both proactive and reactive, within the Direct Sales division of CardConnect. Experience in sales and account management is required. This position will be working in a high volume sales environment.

    • Conduct a rate analysis for at-risk merchants to ensure they stay with CardConnect
    • Follow up on closed accounts and win back former merchants
    • Upsell existing merchant base with other products CardConnect offers

    • Identify top reasons as to why merchants are leaving and produce solutions to decrease attrition

  • Integrated Solutions Specialist - Gateway & Apps

    Entry Level Position: The Integrated Solutions Specialist provides technical and product support for all customers integrating to CardConnect’s products and services. Primary responsibilities include software integration, support, testing and problem resolution. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and colleagues to determine their needs, gather relevant data, coordinate, customize and deliver training and interface with our Software Development teams to ensure delivery of high quality products and services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage/support the client software integration process, from testing through to go-live
    • Perform periodic tests (using SoapUI, Eclipse, etc.) during troubleshooting
    • Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to formulate unique and viable solutions
    • Create, track and resolve customer support tickets
    • Attend team meetings, providing status updates for work being performed
    • Monitor for alerts and investigate reported alerts
